Designed and monitored the pilot phase of the Coll@borate project, aimed at deploying Microsoft 2007 collaborative tools (predecessors of Office 365) to 2000 people, including top management. Design and follow-up of technical aspects and change management.
Designed the company’s Wikipedia, iSEE, which helps to understand acronyms, stabilize vocabulary and formalize the company’s general knowledge. More than 7000 pages managed by 1500 contributors. Change management support. Design of the communication plan.
Conceived and managed the redesign of the group intranet, The Hub, bringing together internal communication and the hundreds of users of the content management module (more than 5,000 pages).
