Communities of practice (CoPs) facilitate cross-functionality, innovation, collaboration, knowledge capitalization and upskilling within organizations.

COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE ARE COMPLEX ORGANIZATIONS, with their own personality and life cycle.

The two main questions to consider are: Do our communities correspond to the needs of our members? Do their leaders have the right profile?
