Foster digital transformation and collaborative innovation, to enhance the value of knowledge.
I have twenty-five years of practice in knowledge management and digital transformation within large industrial companies, such as Schlumberger and Areva. I was the Director of the Knowledge Management Office at Schneider Electric, where I led the governance and global implementation of knowledge management projects, in particular the 220 communities of practice and the internal wikipedia.
In addition, I am Vice President of CoP-1, the association of KM practitioners in France and I teach at KEDGE BS, CNAM, Sorbonne Nouvelle and SKEMA BS. I also give lectures in professional and academic environments and am co-author of two books on communities and scientific articles.
I strongly believe that sharing and reusing knowledge only takes place in an environment of trust, and that trust between people only exists within communities.
