About Louis-Pierre Guillaume

I increase organizations' performance through efficient KM integrated into business practices

1. Provide organizations with a KM vision that is efficient, integrated into business practices and aligned with knowledge governance best practices.
2. Co-design communities of practice that enhance innovation, social learning and knowledge sharing.
3. Simplify digital to help employees feel comfortable and happy with everyday digital tools, to better organize themselves and to collaborate efficiently in a virtual environment.

French native - English bilingual.

On top of my 5 years as a consultant, I have twenty-five years of practice in knowledge management and digital transformation within large industrial companies, such as Schlumberger and Areva. I was the Director of the Knowledge Management Office at Schneider Electric, where I led the governance and global implementation of knowledge management projects, in particular the 220 communities of practice and the internal Wikipedia.

In addition, I am General Secretary of CoP-1, the association of KM practitioners in France and I teach at KEDGE BS and CNAM (continuous education). I also give lectures in professional and academic environments and am co-author of four books on communities and of scientific articles.
